The staff was understanding during my check-in process.
I was placed in a non-smoking room that still smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom had holes in the shower walls, making it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the TV remote barely worked and eventually stopped functioning altogether, adding to my frustration during the stay.

Couples looking for decent comfort
Check-in was pretty effortless, as well as getting to my room on the first floor. The continental breakfast was actually pretty decent, eggs and sausage and waffles, more than I expected.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but, you know, it was acceptable.

The Queen room was kind of disappointing. Nothing stood out as great about it. Felt really cramped and not very clean. The bathroom wasn’t too impressive either. I think I would have preferred a bit more space or comfort. At least the breakfast area was nice, but the room itself just didn’t do it for me.
